As for the CBC I am the first to admit it has shortcomings. Big ones.
What is common though, is most all comments offer no concrete opinions as to what is wrong.
It is biased....spews untruths.. big ones. Biased against who and what? Untruths?
Just because the media says things you disagree with or dont like does not mean they are biased.

FOX viewers say they tell the truth..Others say they are biased...Yes they certainly are......if you don't like what they say.
The takeaway is that those responding to the Castanet poll never watch or listen to the CBC, but spend their time trolling the internet for stories that agree with their point of view..Think they would refer to them as "truths" or "unbiased"

I responded because I believe the CBC should be defunded, to some degree anyway. They appear to be top heavy with upper management positions, many programs can be construed as *bleep* from many citizens, definitely some bias towards a certain political group etc. I do like "Under the Influence" though, great stuff.

I get the show "Reclaimed" is perhaps very important to the FN's across Canada for example and I have no issues with that, ( I do turn it off myself) however moving forward perhaps the CBC can find an advertiser that are prepared to spend a significant amount of money for a 30 second spot.

The variety of programing on CBC will have many new CBC ad execs scrambling to find advertisers to fit the demographic listening or watching if they want to stay relevant or employed under PP.

I mentioned this previously here but many years ago a private tv station came down to a small sailing dinghy club with 3 people to do a story. Not to be outdone, the CBC showed up a couple weeks later to do the same, with 7 people.

Uh...on US election night the CBC hosted someone who actually spewed the hatred: "This is a page out of Hitler's playbook" about Donald Trump. This is just one example of thousands. This national network has become consumed by hate and by evil-doers. It must be completely reformed, and the woke evil liars running it forever fired and sent to go do something else, other than polluting the airwaves with hate, all on the dime of the Canadian taxpayer.
