Obviously, the context of my post went over your head. I'll make it a bit more clear for you, one can only know the rules if one is educated properly on them and that is where we have a very big problem in Canada.
it was his responsibility to know the rules to his job

Am I reading this correctly ? After obtaining his licence and being somewhat trained in the area, there is a question about his knowledge about what to do at a STOP sign ?

It has nothing to do with not knowing. Other people drive through stop signs and red lights as they don't register because of some distraction.
Truths can be backed up by facts - do you have any?

There is a difference between believing something and imagining it.

Truth, you've been saying for weeks that he intentionally ran the stop sign. What are you basing your opinion on?

So we can just say you are basing your claims on your personal opinion and not on any actual fact. Thanks for clearing that up.

Re: Sask. Bus Accident
Report stated he was following GPS and had already been lost just trying
to get from Saskatoon to Carrot River.
That being said, tells me he had no prior knowledge of the lay of the
land, road network, intersections, hills, curves, ya, you get that.
Now tell us again how he made a concious choice to run a sign he never even
knew existed until he was crawling from the wreck.
Also, good chance he would only have the limited knowledge of the rules
of the industry fed to him by a shytte fer brains.
Led down the garden path, comes to mind.
So Sad, from every angle.

Well, my belief is you do not, nor ever have actualy driven any
form of vehicle, and therfore never travelled in unfamiliar
territory.
Never been lost, how blessed.
Either that or just being purposely obtuse.

Again, thank you for your not-based-on-fact personal opinion.
