Isn't using the Bronco's logo a no no without their permission?

The T shirt in that article looks like the "artist" simply used the logo and added to it.

That's something the organization can certainly look into. There could be a trademark on it - it's happened before in the sports world.

Some so called artists seem to think a copyright doesn't mean a thing, and for that mater the courts pretty much agree with them if they changed the colour or something along those lines.

I don't think the Bronco's would really care, if they recieved the profit off the sales.

All too often it seems people make it about themselves when a tragedy or fundraising becomes mainstream. It seems people feel the need to jump on the bandwagon or latest trend.
