The guy in the video even says, it’s not a racial thing or a cultural thing it’s a millionaire thing.
If your family is here legally, that’s fine. I don’t care what country someone is from or what colour their skin is as long as they come here legally they are welcome.

I don't think these folks are "illegal immigrants"; it sounded to me as though they applied for and were given landed immigrant status, but that they then moved back to China and used fake documents to fool the Government and the CRA into believing they were still living here. And because they were severely under reporting their income, they paid little tax and also received some low income benefits they weren't actually entitled to.

But the real kicker is that the report suggested that the Government has been aware of this scam for decades and done nothing about it.

Why still no action by government to close the illegal entry point in Quebec? They haven't started and probably never will.
