The two statistical probability of death in both activities arent mutually exclusive. IE: These sledders do both things...they drive on road and get milk and high mark in extreme avalanche conditions. I have to drive...I dont have to high mark...i have a family that needs me. Im not going to exacerbate my changes of death by driving and choosing to high mark. There are activties that get me off the couch in the winter that arent as dangerous.

Ban milk...lol...you guys are a trip. That's as insightful as saying 'Poodles bite....lets ban poodles.'...or knives kill people lets ban knives and semi automatic ar-15 assault rifles. Google 'straw man argument' It is a logical fallacy that seems to be pervasive on forums like this.
