This isn't good for Canadians as a whole. However, if this knocks JT off of his pedestal then so be it.

Politicians of all stripes seem to have a way of screwing the taxpayer but with this we are looking at something that is possibly of a criminal level.

Leifer, with respect, I disagree with your second sentence. On the contrary this scandal, a miserable thing in itself, shows that politicians are NOT exempt from the law and we CAN and MUST do something about it. We are airing our filthy laundry and now taking care of business which is going after the wrong doers without mercy. It is termed "being called to account", a term long out of usage.

We are cleaning house. It was overdue.
