Jagmeet (and Trudeau) are not helping the middle class, they are destroying it. The debt they are creating is huge and paying it off will hurt the middle class more than anyone. The money has to come from somewhere and that somewhere will be the middle class in one way or another. It will hurt them to the stage that many will not successfully survive it. At least not as middle class. The rich can afford to pay and the poor don't have to so the middle class will be the ones hurt the most.

I have never seen anyone spend their way out of debt. That is what these two clowns are trying to do.

How is Jagmeets push to supply out of work middleclass with supports till they find work a bad thing ? Or giving people the option to have paid sick days so they do not possibly infect or make sick co-workers which ends up costing Canadians way more to deal with , not to mention death.

That’s exactly how you create employment in a liberal and NDP mind - every business owner will now have to employ more people to make up for the 10 days sick leave that we all know employees are “ entitled” to. How will little joe blow construction contractor that has a labourer or two and several journeyman cover those costs ? How will the grocery store cover those costs when they have to hire several more ? INCREASING RATES IS HOW!! Federal and provincial government and unions will absolutely be all in agreement because the money comes from the pie in the sky socialist utopia - the government .RIGHT? Unfortunately the reality is ,it’s the taxpayer who suffers while the government pats itself on the back and says “ Look how wonderful we are, look at all the good things we do for those working hard to join the middle class. There are plenty of social safety nets that people are not going to starve and go homeless. Simply adding more entitlements will only create more and more need.
