You do know that Scott Moe leads the Saskatchewan Party and is not the leader of the Saskatchewan Progressive Conservative Party, don't you?

Yes, Scott Moe is the leader of the Saskatchewan Party. The right wingers in Saskatchewan, like BC, wore out their old party names. Back in the 60s and 70s, they ran under the Liberal banner, lead by Ross Thatcher. But corruption over the Landegger pulp mill destined for northern Saskatchewan brought them down. Next up was the Progressive Conservative banner, but corruption caught up with them and about a quarter of Grant Devine's cabinet did jail time.

And now we have Moe and the Saskatchewan Party, but they're really just the same old Liberals and ProgCons. And the corruption is back, too. An inland transportation terminal in southern Saskatchewan was to be built on land that changed hands several times with cabinet members again involved.

The WE thing to Africa? Probably nothing wrong with it. It's the constant getting a piece of the action back home that smells bad.
