Indianlarry, have you read the story about the boy who cries wolf?

While you are not wrong, and an individual showed up at a place containing a discernable group that was threaded with violence and therefore fits a loose definition of terrorism.

Now for a term to have an effect, the population needs to agree on the meaning. People associate terrorism with acts such as 9/11, Sandyhook, Mosque shooting with 12 dead, etc. A deranged man waving a knife and taken into custody without incident is so far away from the other acts that this isn't going to be classified as you wish, sorry.
