Hey Justin, are you going to send any of the 50,000+ Syrian refugees home? Their country is now safe enough for them.
Assuming many of these refugees were properly vetted, than they had to be qualified to live and work in Canada. But than these are the very people that Syria requires to help rebuild their country.
We can't steal so many of the best from a country.

From what I was reading when a lot of them were arriving in Canada, they wanted to go back home one day. I don't blame them, their country is actually pretty beautiful, when they are able to live in peace.

The Syrians are a hearty people, they will rebuild regardless if their refugees abroad come home or not. Just like many European nations did during the world wars.
