Hang in there Annamie Paul!

Further to this story, new developments as the Green Party continues to crash on the rocky shoals of their hatred of Israel. What a bizarre way to go out, fighting about a country in the Middle East, when you are supposed to be concerned about the environment and the golden donation goose of the man-made climate change myth....

Out of spite, it appears, the Green Party is cutting Paul's staff. Hilarious! It is funny watching such a group of stupid crazy people implode. It looks good on them, it's just too bad that it's systemic institutionalized anti-semitism on the Left that is causing all of this nonsense.

Remember that crazy NDP poster on here that was such a strong anti-Semite? I was shocked and saddened by her hatred of Jewish people, her disgusting comments about the "Jew nose" on Mr Hochstein.

At the time, I didn't realize what complete anti-Semites the left are - now it's apparent it is rampant in the NDP, Liberal, and Green parties. Just terrible how socialists throughout history still hold such bitter hatred toward Jewish people.

I definitely remember some comment about how Hochstein had a "hooked nose", which was such a gross racial slur. I guess I am confused as to why the far Left hates Jewish people so much, and are so willing to show this hatred in public as the Greens are doing right now? Do they not see how their hate is making them look?

No, that's every day.
The next day it’s “boycotting Israel for its crimes in Palestine is anti-Semitic because Israel is a Jewish state”
Boycotting Israel for defending themselves against the evil Hamas scum is anti-Semitic, but more than that, it's just plain stupid. Like beyond stupid. And that's the part that is so silly.
Calling out Israel for its crimes is not anti-semetism,
Calling Israel out for crimes they didn't commit is just plain stupid, and dishonest.

More on the anti-Semites that also call themselves "environmentalists". Why does the far Left hate Jewish people so much? What did Jewish people ever do to the communists of the world?
Paul Estrin: Annamie Paul and the anti-Semitic wolves washed in green

The Green Party of Canada’s failure to support its leader, Annamie Paul, and her advisor, Noah Zatzman, in the face of anti-Semitic attacks appears to be part of the party’s continued effort to exclude Jewish-Canadians who are unwilling to check important aspects of their Jewish identity at the door. This is an effort that I know all too well.

In 2014, despite my successes serving as the party’s president, such as doubling the number of MPs the Greens had in Ottawa and kicking the fundraising power of the party into high gear, I was forced out, apparently for the same reason we are now witnessing in 2021, with the continued attempts to unseat Paul as leader, and after successfully expelling Zatzman.

Removing a party president and now attempting to expel a party leader over disagreements about a conflict a world away, whose implications on the Canadian environmental stage are minimal at best, would seem bizarre, except that the conflict in question involves the Jewish state.

This is despicable. The witch-hunt targeting their leader, which has been driven by extreme elements within the party and supported by the silence of much of the membership, shrieks volumes and is once again preventing the Green party from addressing its core agenda, the environment.

SNIP

There is a blind spot in the Green party in the fight against racism and bigotry. While laudable efforts are being made to fight discrimination and achieve justice for marginalized groups, in Canada and around the world, the Jewish people remain open to attacks from within the party’s ranks. These attacks are not coming from those traditionally viewed as racists and anti-Semites, but from the very people who are championing the rights and freedoms of marginalized people everywhere.

SNIP

Should Annamie Paul be evicted, voters should beware of wolves washed in green.

New human rights organization aims to bring Canada's voice to the world

A new global human rights organization is launching in Canada this fall, aiming to be an international “voice for humanity” and to project the country’s values of “freedom, peace and human rights” across the world.

In a press release, the Abraham Global Peace Initiative — which was founded by Avi Benlolo, a National Post columnist and an expert in Holocaust studies — said it’s setting its sights on “moving the needle” when it comes to combating anti-Semitism, “standing up for Israel” and advancing global human rights, with the help of several Canadians.

“The world as we know it today is in trouble. There’s conflict almost everywhere, on every continent. We’ve seen a rise in racism, discrimination, anti-Semitism,” said Benlolo in an interview with the Post. “What we aim to do, as a Canadian organization, is really project Canada’s voice internationally; we don’t believe (its) voice is sufficiently there.”

The human rights activist and chairman of the organization said that Canada has a lot to offer to the international community, in terms of its beliefs in freedom, pluralism and inclusivity — all of which could be a model for the rest of the world.

The country also has a “good brand” internationally which, he says, is under-utilized when it comes to issues of human rights.

SNIP

According to its press release, the organization aims to “bring Canada to the world,” by developing chapters everywhere, and partnering and collaborating with others globally; as well as “fighting anti-Semitism and Holocaust denial.”

It will also be unrolling an educational program, which includes curricula and workshops, and will host plenaries with international speakers across the world.

I assume the Green Party won't be endorsing this organization, or any other far Left entity. How could they, given how much they hate Jewish people?

Good question: why does Justin Trudeau ignore anti-Semitism in his party?

As usual, Trudeau's racism/misogyny/anti-Semitism remains hidden until he's caught, then he feigns concern for the cameras. What a vile, disgusting little man he is.

Why did the Liberals ignore the anti-Semitism in their ranks?

It’s easy to think that now-former Liberal candidate Hassan Guillet’s remarks about Israel and the Jewish people were a one-off — just some careless comments by a would-be politician that eventually caught up to him during an election campaign.

The reality for the Jewish community across Canada, however, is that Guillet’s views are part of a disturbing and growing trend. Guillet, an imam from Quebec, was found to have made comments on social media that lauded terrorism against Israel and claimed that “Zionists” were controlling the foreign policy of the United States. The Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs alerted the Liberals to Guillet’s views in June — a plea that fell on deaf ears.

The fact that it took Justin Trudeau’s Liberals more than two months to decide that his comments disqualified him from carrying their banner should give every Canadian pause. The delay in taking action suggests the Liberals were OK with this as long as they didn’t get caught.

snip

Justin Trudeau knows this, too. Or at least he should. But this was just another example where his moral leadership was called for and was nowhere to be found until he got caught. That Trudeau knew of Guillet’s views back in June and did nothing gives the strong impression that he was deliberately concealing anti-Semitism in his ranks.

There is absolutely no room in a peaceful and free country like Canada for intolerance, racism or extremism of any kind. There shouldn’t be any room for it in the Liberal party either.

Rick Ekstein: For Canadian Jews, the history of hatred repeats itself

For the last three decades, life for Jewish-Canadians has been just about as good as it has been anywhere, at any time: Jews are widely accepted in society; all career options are open to us; and we can live anywhere we wish and send our children to any school. It wasn’t that long ago when these freedoms were unimaginable to Canadian Jews.

During the Second World War, Prime Minister William Lyon Mackenzie King shut Canada’s doors to European Jews, dooming many to perish in the Holocaust. The war’s conclusion, however, did not end anti-Semitism in this country.

In the 1950s, signs reading “No Jews or dogs allowed” were commonplace in Canada. Until the mid-1990s, private institutions such as Toronto’s Rosedale Golf Club would not admit Jews.

Jewish members were finally admitted to Ottawa’s tony Rideau Club in 1964, and Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau named Canada’s first Jewish cabinet minister, Herb Gray, in 1970. Thanks to the hard work of many people, Jewish-Canadians became widely accepted in society.

SNIP

Third, Canadians should reach out to their elected officials. Each call, letter and email counts. Politicians consider public opinion when making decisions on public policy. As individuals, we can make a big difference by contacting our elected representatives and telling them that anti-Semitism has no place in Canada.

Most Canadians are peace-loving people who abhor hatred and discrimination. Policymakers, legislators and all Canadians of good conscience must speak out. If you witness anti-Semitism, refute it, repudiate it and relegate the hatred of Jews to the dustbin of history.

Mr Cohen should be glad that Canada isn't being run by the far right wing anti-semitic loving CPC. Then it wouldn't have been a pretty sight to watch and we Canadians would feel shame in how Mr. Cohen would have been treated. But lucky for Mr. Cohen, I'm here to help out about the history of white extremism and anti-semitism ic the CPC just in case they win the next election. It's easy to dismiss Bernier and his party as a marginal breakaway faction, but he came an extremely close second in the Conservative Party of Canada (CPC) leadership contest just two years ago. It took until the 13th ballot for Andrew Scheer to edge over the threshold with 50.95 percent of the party membership votes, compared to Bernier's 49.05 percent.

What many Canadians have not yet realized is that the modern conservative movement has been substantially hijacked by ideological extremism.

The right-wing base has been radicalized over the past couple of decades by a sophisticated, well-funded, right-wing hate-laundering media ecosystem that funnels extremist ideas incrementally into the mainstream. Bernier's PPC wears its extremism on its sleeves, but the same sentiment permeates the CPC as well, albeit in a more cryptic form.

Scheer recognizes that angry radical extremists are a significant part of the conservative base, and he has been working hard to shore up their support. His conspiratorial pandering to bigots, xenophobes and anti-globalist conspiracy theorists is every bit as reckless and deplorable as Bernier's overt race-baiting.

Scheer's appointment of Hamish Marshall, co-founder and former director of the extremist Rebel Media website, to run the CPC election campaign shows that he is perfectly happy to continue tapping into the far-right for organization and support.

His reckless, uncritical endorsement earlier this year of the toxic, xenophobic "United We Roll" convoy of Yellow Vest fascists was a dangerous turning point that gave a veneer of legitimacy to a movement fueled by violent extremists. Scheer actually spoke at the same event, and on the same stage, as Neo-Nazi Faith Goldy.

Scheer is busy presenting himself to the Canadian public as a viable, even bland alternative to the ethically-challenged Trudeau Liberals, but he presides over a party now largely defined by science denial, ethno-nationalism, refugee fearmongering and paranoid conspiracies about Marxist globalists.
https://raisethehammer.org/article/3682 ... extremists

We can easily substitute Scheer for O'Toole because they are still the same party that elected O'Toole this time and not Scheer.

CPC = Anti- Semitism

While the Liberal record on anti-Semitism is atrocious (ask William Lyon McKenzie King about how he murdered several hundred Jews in 1939) and of course, our racist idiot of a PM is easy pickings, but lately the NDP and the Greens have been out-doing each other when it comes to the Jewish hate. Just off the charts lunacy from both parties, including inviting British anti-Semites over to attend conferences and publicly shaming their Jewish leader for condemning BOTH Israel and Palestine, because of course the Palestinians and their rocket launchers are as pure as the driven snow.

Only a true fool would babble on about the completely imaginary "anti-Semitic loving CPC" - what ever that is - when there is so much evidence showing actual anti-Semitism on full display from the NDP and the Greens. Justin seems to hate black people and the Indigenous far more than the Jewish people, but of course, we aren't privy to what goes on behind closed doors.

This Cohen guy is definitely in for a rough ride with the horribly racist Liberals, that's for sure, but if could be a lot worse if he had to work for the horrid and evil NDP or Greens.

Let's just hope that Mr. Cohen can stay far far away from the raving anti-Semite Jenica Atwin, the Jewish-hating loser that the Liberals just welcomed to their party with open arms (of course they did). I would hate to see Mr. Cohen and Ms. Atwin end up in the same room together, and how damaging that would be for Canada for him to be exposed to such rabid hatred. Let's just hope that Ms. Atwin is swiftly dispatched in the next election, and a much more tolerant person is elected in her riding. I shudder to think of what she would do to the new US Ambassador given her deplorable behavior and beliefs.

Liberals and Jenica Atwin = anti-Semitism
