It's that special time of year when conservatives stupidly act like they're not allowed to say Merry Christmas.

Emperor Carney now has the official endorsement of Donald Trump. Let that sink in.

Sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice. There’s a certain point at which ignorance becomes malice, at which there is simply no way to become THAT ignorant except deliberately and maliciously.

Of course, and they'll eat the whole bag/Liberal cabinet.

Here is a list of some of the weirdest objects pulled out from the tiger sharks’ stomach: finger ring, rubber tire, rags, pieces of coal, driver’s license, bag of potatoes, aluminum foil, bag of money, paper, plastic bags, pig parts, black cat, boat cushions, leather, overcoats, cigarette tin, rats, monkeys, horse and donkey parts sealed tin of salmon and even explosives.

Re: Pierre!
Can't compare him to Trudeau. He did not come from privilege - his parents were teachers. He went to University, and right after jumped into politics - a career politician. He got inspiration by selling memberships for Stockwell Day. He's got a better chance than anyone else.bernie428 wrote: ↑Feb 6th, 2022, 9:20 am I used to like him, and now I'm between not so sure and don't.
Like Trudeau, he's never had a real job.
He's also bound by that sad tradition of saying whatever is the opposite the other guy said.
He was all for shutting down the CN blockade in Ontario.
Funny how hypocrisy is one of his favourite words.
Now he's all for blockades.
FYI, I support neither, and so should the government.
In the end, someone between O'Toole and Pierre.
If you can't sell it to the middle, it won't sell, and we might be stuck with the current criminal for 4 more years!
Re-electing Trudeau means higher costs of living, spiralling inflation, and soaring interest rates.

Ever wonder how he made 9 million dollars as a politician? I didn't realize being a politician was so lucrative. I know they have a dream pension but 9 mill as a career pol?......so far.SheilaO wrote: ↑Feb 11th, 2022, 1:12 amCan't compare him to Trudeau. I agree though ALL Politicians make too much money and get far too many tax breaks and write-offs along with their housing/car allowances and generous pensions. People shouldn't get into Politics for salaries and pensions. They should get into it because they want to better Canada for all Canadians, not themselves.

Re: Pierre!
He's the ultimate master of debates. He can wrap Mark Carney around his little finger, and bring him down to a stuttering mess. He's the one some Liberal hopefuls would want to bring in as the successor to Justin Trudeau. Poilievre won't be moved, unlike O'Foole - Liberals are in serious trouble - Carney is too far left - in his book "Values" he makes several allusions to Karl Marx and Friederich Engels, and even goes as far as claiming the downfall of society began with Adam Smith's publication of The Wealth of Nations, yet he supports the oligarchs like the Weston family, Saputo family, and Irving family - Poilievre knows this full well, and if Carney becomes Liberal leader, Poilievre would simply paint him as a communist, and say communists and facists alike have killed millions of people through their toxic ideologies. Poilievre will use hypocrisy as a wedge. The liberals tried bringing in an intellectual type like Carney - Michael Ignatieff - to disastrous results - Harper ate him for breakfast. Liberals be afraid, be very afraid - Poilievre would destroy the Liberals like Mulroney did in 1984.

Most people here probably have never read any of Engels work. If they've read Marx, it usually happens under the "learned" guidance of a grade leveraging professor.SheilaO wrote: ↑Feb 14th, 2022, 4:13 pmHe's the ultimate master of debates. The unfortunate thing about Pierre, is that he's also part of the WEF club, as documented by Webarchive.
