I just don't see how denying can take Pierre seriously as a leader who cares one lick about minorities. He's clearly banking on angry haters of Trudeau voting for him so he can throw some minorities under the bus at the first opportunity

The motion stated,
...to introduce legislation to restore the traditional definition of marriage without affecting civil unions and while respecting existing same-sex marriages."
And btw, a number of Liberals voted the same as Poilievre.
No where does it state that he's opposed to gay marriage, just that he was to keep traditional marriage as a seperate entity.

Prior to that, in 2005 he stated this.

His "policy" suggestions are superficial tripe, empty slogans with no details of how they will be applied, and invariably the load will be carried by those struggling the hardest under the load they already bear while his corporate puppeteers continue to languish.
