My understanding is they co=signed the loan. That's a different kettle of fish altogether.

Rather than squabbling about Freeland’s personal finances, would it not be wiser to look at the damage Trudeau and herself have done to ALL Canadians financial standing?

Our debtload is absolutely staggering and the annual interest we must pay fills 9 CPR boxcars full to the top with $100.00 bills.

That is our economic future, gone for years to come

Chrystia Freeland lectured Prince Edward Islanders about driving their cars.

These are hardworking Canadians who are worried about the impact the Liberals' 61c/litre carbon taxes will have on their economy, and the rising costs of everything.

Her message? Move to Toronto and get a bike. Or build a subway in PEI.
