A little background on how this election came to be.

John Tory was elected mayor in October, 2022.
February, 2023 he admitted to having an affair with a staff member, and resigned causing this election.

Apparently it's ok for a politician to screw taxpayers but staff members are off limits.
I'm posting this from Traditional lands of the British Empire & the current Lands of The Dominion of Canada.
I also give thanks for this ethos richness bestowed on us via British Colonialism.

I don't know what is wrong with voters other than they are mostly idiots. I don't know what anyone sees in Seattle or San Francisco and why Toronto would want to emulate these cesspool cities. So say hello to triple the crime, and double the drugs. Hey, let's send our addicts to Toronto, the new caring city where the police have been cancelled.
Chow has made it clear she will follow in the same footsteps as the doomed mayors of San Francisco and Seattle

Maybe Ms Chow will build Toronto into a homeless mecca, then they won't all travel out West and to Kelowna?

Seems that Communist China would be solidly behind the raving Communist Chow.

Yes, Chow is insane. I can see China being very happy with this outcome. How dumb is Toronto any way?
as dumb as it gets

Granted it's been some time, but the last time I visited Toronto ten years back, the thing that stood out to me the most, was that English speaking people, seemed to be the minority.

I don't know if that's a factor or not. :135:

I grew up about twenty miles from Toronto, in fifties through the sixties, and that was not the case then.

Doubtful, ever been in Toronto in winter time. It’s down right nasty. Kelowna winters are paradise in comparison.
I don't give a damn whether people/posters like me or dislike me, I'm not on earth to win any popularity contests.
It appears US voters hated Woke more than they hated Trump.
