How much will a complete halt to all of Canada's CO2 emissions affect global temperatures? That includes all vehicles, all industry, all natural resource extraction (coal, O&G, etc), and cow farts.

The PBO has confirmed that the average family will be paying far, far more than the pitance (if any) dribbled back via rebates.

And that's not including the cost of carbon tax layered in every item we buy, including our food. The Bank of Canada has also admitted that carbon tax is fueling inflation.
