I don't even see this as a 'left" or "right" or "gay" or "trans" issue. I don't even see it as a "faith" issue either. I see sexualizing the curriculum in the classroom as an open door to harass, embarrass or otherwise signal out students by creepy teachers who are getting paid to do it.

Think that doesn't happen? I recall a first year lit class where the effed up professor had students reading the "juicy stuff" from novels he hand picked to "teach." Could almost see the orgasm in his face when young students were reading it because an authority figure in charge of their GPA was doing it. I was 24 at the time, too old to be picked to read, he was signaling out all the barely legal ones.

What the is going to be happening in the pre-graduation years? Why won't the government leave our kids alone? Let them be kids and not having this agenda pushed on them at early ages? What is wrong with that? It should not be a left or right, liberal or conservative issue at all. It should be a human right issue to not be harassed by teachers expected to time and time again bring up sexuality in classrooms.

Wednesday is a poor pick though. Too bad.

I see the let's just ignore molestation in the name of inclusivity is alive and well.

No one is also saying that the LGBT+ community are responsible, but making policy and rules that benefit no one other than the actual predators in the NAME of inclusivity needs to stop. They LGBT+ community isn't being hunted down and persecuted, but acting like it is the only way they keep getting attention, protecting kids isn't on their radar anywhere.

I don't think teachers throughout Canada - who spend at least 5 years being trained + thousands of dollars - would appreciate this viewpoint that they're going to use gender ideology to engage in pedo / malignant narcissistic behaviour to traumatize children

Gender ideology concerns keeping lgbtq kids feeling safe at school. That's it. There's no nefarious plot to use it to abuse kids

Not really. And it's really sick when Paramedics and teachers use sick people and children as "bargaining chips". How any of them could look themselves in the mirror after doing that is beyond me.
