Anyone else see the irony in Conservatives joining a protest organized by Muslims? Wasn't too long ago they wanted to ban them from immigration because their religious views were considered too extremist.

I don't see any evidence that this march is being organized by Muslims? I don't trust the Conservatives though; they will say one thing and do another (sadly, this is true for most parties). Out for votes and closer to the Election they will deny any past push to ban certain groups from Immigrating to Canada.

Ok, my mistake, I wasn't aware that it was Muslims that were organizing it. Well, just like any other "Peaceful" protest, they better abide by the laws of the land, that were laid down by all political parties over the years. Otherwise.....lock em up.

This isn’t the first time children have been used as pawns in government plans &/or policies.

Both former Soviet Union and China, children were encouraged to tell either their teachers or local officials about activities their parents were doing. Making sure they were not enemies of the State.

Govt has nothing to do with it. Bigoted parents not accepting their gay and trans kids is the issue. They can march all they want, but they'll only make their kids resent them more which is very sad.
