Why Trudeau government removed GST on rental builds.

Post by Thinktank »

Here's why:
Besides its inroads into the Canadian public sector, BlackRock has a huge involvement in the private sector. Although the full extent is not known, BlackRock either manages or owns assets in most large North American companies and financial institutions, including those in Canada. https://cpcml.ca/Tmlw2020/Articles/W500212.HTM
Larry Fink and his billionaire buddies made money on every dose of vaccine we got.
Larry Fink and his billionaire buddies made money on every $billion of military spending in Ukraine
Larry Fink and his billionaire buddies made money on rebuilding Ukraine

and now Larry Fink and his billionaire buddies were given free money by Trudeau to make money on rental buildings. Trudeau is stealing from the one in five Canadian kids that can't afford decent food, and giving to the billionaire Finks of the country.

Basically... he gave a 5% gift to builders. They aren't passing a price decrease onto anyone.
Freeland’s neck must be sore from all the nodding. What a joke our government is.

Giving free money to the builders and developers does not guarantee they will pass the savings onto the renter. Rent will be the same as the builders will pocket the money.

the GST is not free money, all this means is that Builders will now have one less expense to have to pay for immediately when building- but they also cannot claim back that GST they spent on building materials/labour at yr end- but much more is needed then this to lower housing costs, way more

Governments Fed or Prov need to look at how much they have added to the cost and how they can streamline new builds, but they just refuse to look at the elephant in the room because they have propped up Canadian RE so high that they can't let it fail without hurting the majority of our economy

yet if they started cutting out all that red tape and started hiring local companies to start building and start promoting manufacturing here for the items , like wood ( lol Canada has a lot of it and it's burning away) cabinets, sinks, etc we all would be living in a pretty healthy economy

I'm waiting for Justin's clapping seals to come on here and defend this prime example of trickle down economics. :D

I've never, ever seen once a single woke liberalist attempt to defend anything their master does. They cant.

You might want to listen to the GST segment where Chris Walker questions how much, if any, benefits will be realized by end users

Daybreak South with Chris Walker: Fashion and climate action decisions; solar contagion; theme song: blue-eyed soul; Nelson natural burials; GST and purpose built rentals; PWHL draft; inclusion and diversity in school; Nelson decriminalization panel; ready to retire

Sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice. There’s a certain point at which ignorance becomes malice, at which there is simply no way to become THAT ignorant except deliberately and maliciously.

What Trudeau is doing?

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. talked about the serious housing issues in the United States. He blamed “three giant corporations”

Trudeau works for the elite.
