Hamas could have prevented all this if they had not invaded Israel and massacred 1200, injured many others, and had not take 200 hostages.or , after the fact they could have surrendered themselves and the hostages they took. then why would Israel be bombing or invading Gaza? They would have had no excuse.

Because in the earlier bombing of one hospital Hamas claimed IDF had killed about 500, yet it turned out they had not killed anyone, the bombs came from Palestine, and I'm not sure if anyone has claimed responsibility for that, it's hardly discussed now. Were the deaths even 500? since in the videos it appeared less than fifty arriving by ambulance and most of those were ambulatory. So where were all the bodies in the parking lot where the rocket landed? A few cars burned.

If anyone claims that they know how many palestinians have been killed, they are lying, because there hasn't been an accurate count or verification.

I strongly suspect Hamas is trying to sway Worldwide public opinion against Israel, based on News coverage it appears to be working.
