No, it settled down and the USSG declared it over in a day.

Java, Indonesia is were the latest action is located.

Volcano Merapi is exploding with ash and lava.

Eastern Russia's volcano dumped ash everywhere and interfered with air traffic.

An entire city is choked out with ash.

Last night's footage of Popocatepi is spectacular. Villages are being evacuated too. Right now the volcano is a bit calmer spewing a column of ash. But the live stream images can change quickly.

While Kilaeua entertains us on live feed, the situation in the Philippines is far from entertaining. It's a humanitarian disaster in the making with Mayon coming to life and like any volcano, no one can predict when the big explosion will be.
