There seems to be one set of Mythology made up to support every religion. I prefer to go with what can be repeated over and over by different people ... genetic science proving millions of years of evolution. Each to their own beliefs as long as they do not try to impose their beliefs on others.

The less intelligent and knowledgeable the person the more extreme the beliefs as a means of trying to maintain security and explain life. Terrorists of any faith are classic examples of that.
