2 arrested. IS has taken credit for the attack. Security level at 2nd highest "severe" after being downgraded from the highest "critical". Most here have no clue what it's like to live with a constant threat that some radical will blowup something and kill innocent people.

Britain has endured four other attacks this year, which have killed a total of 36 people. The other attacks in London — near Parliament, on London Bridge and near a mosque in Finsbury Park in north London — used vehicles and knives to kill and wound.

Four American college students were attacked with acid Sunday at a train station in Marseilles, southern France, a spokeswoman for the Prefecture of Police of Bouches-du-Rhône said.

All four are women in their early 20s. Two of them were taken to a hospital and two were in shock, police said.

Boston College said Sunday the young women were students who were studying abroad.

The attacker was a 41-year-old woman who is mentally unstable, police said. She was arrested and hospitalized, according to CNN affiliate BFM.

Authorities added there's no indication the attack was terror-related.

so acid attacks are not considered terror now ? and are not all terrorists mentaly unstable ?

To answer your second question, no. Terrorists are mentally fit generally speaking. They have a sanely thought out ideology that believes in violence to achieve political goals.

It is a dangerous road to go down to call every act of random violence "terrorism." We lose all definitions once we do that. Sorry MJ, I have to agree with Glacier on this one.
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

Forget properly vetted, could someone tell these guys that when they get to Canada they no longer can just willfully beat their wives at their leisure with hockey sticks? And no, not knowing that you couldn't do it isn't a defense.

We don't know his religion nor his motive. Muslims can be white too, though, I'd say the odds are this was not motivated by religion, Islam or otherwise. Without knowing the motive we can't say yet whether it's terrorist related.
