Walmart has become the second major U.S. retailer to restrict gun sales. The company says it will no longer sell firearms and ammunition to people younger than 21.

The retailer's new policy comes after Dick's Sporting Goods announced earlier Wednesday that it would restrict the sale of firearms to those under 21 years old. It didn't mention ammunition.

Now walmart has made changes .love to see some gop fools threaten them with tax increases . Whats left of trumps base would melt away if they tried it .

WASHINGTON — President Trump on Wednesday repeatedly embraced a series of gun control measures, telling a group of lawmakers at the White House to pursue bills that have been opposed for years by the vast majority of the Republican Party and the National Rifle Association.

In a remarkable televised meeting in the Cabinet Room, the president appeared to stun giddy Democrats and stone-faced Republicans by calling for comprehensive gun control that would expand background checks, keep guns from the mentally ill, secure schools and restrict gun sales from some young adults.

I do think Trump is the guy that could take on the gun issue.

How is this not mental illness ?

Hundreds of parishioners gathered at a Pennsylvania church Wednesday to exchange or renew their wedding vows -- some clutching unloaded AR-15 rifles, according to CNN affiliate WFMZ-TV.

“‘This year, more than ever, your vote really can make a difference . . .,' Wayne LaPierre, executive vice president of the National Rifle Association in response to the 1999 Clinton Administration’s proposed gun control legislation, (25:33, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=of5r_wAlANI).

And, “When the fear level is high, that’s when the groups that represent the issue do well,” (26:02).

So now it’s American high-school students who are advocating the same course of action with their right to vote (by parent proxy if necessary) vs. Wayne . . ..

Except the student’s keep being subjected to receiving concrete evidence in support of their fears. Whereas, with Wayne, so far, there’s been no proof that, “ . . . the semi-automatic ban gives jack-booted, government thugs more power to take away our Constitutional rights, break in our doors, seize our guns, destroy our property, and even injure or kill us," (23:06).

Children themselves, not democrat or republican are taking the fight into their own hands. They are tired of seeing their classmates killed. Of worrying about being slaughtered while they are trying to receive their education. Some democrats may support them, but they are otherwise doing this on their own.

What’s evil are the number of republicans or NRA nuts harassing children and the families of slain school kids.

What’s sickening though is republicans who are trying to turn this into a conspiracy theory. Claiming these are paid actors. Dismissing them. Trump himself who responded to the problem of guns in schools by proposing that there be more guns in school, with loaded teachers. How disgusting to say to someone who witnessed their friends murdered in front of them by guns, who has been traumatized to fear people who may be packing and telling them “what we need are even more guns”.
