We began by selecting a set of search topics that we believed might be especially common among men concerned about living up to the ideals of manhood: “erectile dysfunction,” “hair loss,” “how to get girls,” “penis enlargement,” “penis size,” “steroids,” “testosterone” and “Viagra.”

We found that support for Trump in the 2016 election was higher in areas that had more searches for topics such as “erectile dysfunction.”

Peculiarly, or not, this feature appears to be unique to Donald Trump himself. The researchers report that no such correlation exists for Mitt Romney or John McCain voters; there's something about Donald Trump personally, then, that screams out "This is the candidate for men who are concerned about the size and functionality of their man parts."

If you can find any sort of study or evidence suggesting such, feel free to post it.

What does it say that a large portion of people who voted for Obama also voted for Trump? I guess they didn't have small penises back then?

Also this is totally sexist tying a gender and a perceived sexual inadequacy to a political choice. Might as well call female Hillary supporters butch lesbians or say they mostly have small breasts and are no fun - same exact slight.

Anything to take a swipe at Trump eh?

Actually, there are documented voter trends based on gender, income, education and so on. Nothing sexist about it whatsoever. Your comment indicates your clear lack of understanding of the subject, but go ahead and drink that kool aid.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obama-Trump_voters

10% of people who voted for Obama in 2008 and 2012 voted for Trump in 2016.

Go back to 2012 and run a news story about how 10% of people who voted for Obama have small penises and see how well the story is perceived in the main stream press.

Hypocrites.

This is a good example of how desperate the leftists is. When they can`t really win the argument they launch personal attacks. Disgusting.

We’re not launching personal attacks. We’re pointing out statistics. If you’re taking it personally...we’re all sorry for you.

Calling voters who you lost in 2016 "small dicked" is a sure fire way to win in 2020.

10% of people who voted for Trump voted for Obama. Trump won by a very small margin. Calling the men in that small margin of people "inadequate" is a sure fire way to get their votes back.

Remember, the study looked at Trump vs many other political figures. The trend was unique to trump. While there certainly could have been males who supported Obama who suffered from masculinity issues, there was not enough to mark a trend as Trump supporters do.

I’m seeing a lot of people getting really worked up about this study, and desperately attempting to deflect. I think this may be hitting close to home for some.

So we've gone from "Trump supporters have small penises" to "questioning the logic of this type of political criticism means you have a small penis".

The penis size obsessed anti Trump crowd is surely going to win those Trump voters back in 2020 with this one. I was going to vote for Trump but I dont want anyone to think I have a small penis oh gosh gee whiz!

Oh come now, that would be a logical fallacy. Just because men with small penises or other masculinity problems tend to vote trump does not mean that all trump supporters have small penises. Though the results suggest they may be more likely as a whole than other voters
