What they are actually *bleep* about is oligarchy and the working class being saddled with the majority of the financial burden while the rich get tax cuts.

I don't think that's entirely accurate. This does not seem to me to be a matter of the working class being jealous of the oligarchy and rising up to insist on taxes against the wealthy. It's entirely possible that's part of it, but it doesn't explain what's happening across the country.

These people seem most fed up with having their own standard of living continually lowered, year after year, with no end in sight.

Their government is not addressing the issues of greatest concern to the citizens they were elected to represent, and is instead making their lives even more difficult by taxing their own citizens' basic necessities in order to address global agendas.

The government in France has been tone deaf to the people they represent for too long, and those people have had enough of it.

complete crap. What they are mad about is a global elitist regime imposing a fairy tale tax on them. And they are angry. Just as we in Canada should be angry because of the dumber version of Macron imposing the same tax on us.

^^Same arrogance, same utter indifference to the most pressing concerns of the average Canadian, same preoccupation with the global agenda while crises grow in the country he has been elected to govern.

Do construction workers in Canada wear yellow vests?
Maybe they need to start doing so?

Because Justin Trudeau just disrespected every male construction worker that ever worked their a_s off building Canada...

https://canada.constructconnect.com/joc/news/government/2018/12/industry-slams-trudeau-gender-impacts-comment-male-construction-workers

Who do you think paves the roads, runs the sewer and electical, to these giant towers that eventually end up housing these radical left feminist meetings?

Trudeau and Macron are going to end up hiding together in the same cave. Maybe Trudeau can call up that ex-terrorist he gave a few million bucks to and get some advice on a good hiding spot.

Trudeau just *bleep* off the working class by painting male construction workers as sexual predators. Most of these construction guys are working away from their families just trying to put supper on the table. Trudeau painted them all with the same brush.

It's no wonder Trump, Putin, and Jinping don't respect him.

Which is exactly what has happened to us all since the advent of the canard of "supply side" trickle down economics. It has been a steady erosion of real purchasing power as $$$ flowed to the top. The whole notion of GSTs and tax this, tax that, fee for this, fee for that, is a direct result of allowing the top 1% to cream off the productivity of society for themselves.
