No it's about committing hate crimes, which he did and is a terrible thing to do. Funny you forgive crime based on race but condemn others for doing so. The reason he did it, well to try to negotiate a higher contract, so at a time of racial unrest in the USA he thought good marketing and negotiation was committing hate crimes.

And to note, the rich white ladies bribing schools and screwing more deserving kids out of educations.....ya that wasn't rape or murder either and they should still be behind bars as well.

No, what he's saying is it's wrong to lie about rape and that person should face consequences. But lying about rape is not as bad as raping someone. That's not a controversial view.

Who said anything about dismissing the case, there should be consequences for lying about it. At the end of the day, it was a lie and not an actual hate crime, no one got hurt........with that in mind, my opinion is that because he's rich and famous, it'll be a slap on the wrist.

If lying was a crime, I would say someone that can't tell the truth and lied officially 25,000+ times would be locked up til they died and then have the corpse rot in jail......and politicians in general would spend their entire time in office in jail.
