Does anyone have any idea who is really calling the shots in Washington? It sure as hell isn't Biden. He no longer has the mental capacity.

Is it the US military machine? They need wars in order to keep their factories operating.
Is it the hawks in the military, the ones who hate Russia with a passion?
Is it Kamala Harris, maybe still going through menopause and making irrational decisions?

'There's no real point': Dems privately bash Biden's last few weeks of presidency

Democrats are complaining that President Joe Biden has essentially disappeared since Donald Trump won re-election last month, which sources inside the party told Politico has left many inside the party feeling has created a leadership vacuum.

The president has not yet scheduled a post-election press conference and has spoke only seven words to reporters during nearly two weeks since vice president Kamala Harris' loss, and his schedule has been notably light in the final weeks in the White House, reported the outlet.

“He’s been so cavalier and selfish about how he approaches the final weeks of the job,” said a former White House official.

Aides concede that Biden has seemingly receded from view, which they say is rooted in his understanding that the Democratic Party has moved on without him and lingering resentment over the way he was pushed aside in favor of Harris, and he's also concerned about facilitating a peaceful transfer of power.

“Democrats in Washington just want to get him and the people around him out the door,” said the former White House official. “All he’s done in the last year has hurt the party every step of the way.”

Yup, Joe was a really bad president. One has to wonder if the pandemic hadn't happened, that allowed old Joe to be ballot-harvested into office, how different and better off the US would be right now.

Those of us who were watching and paying attention knew that Joe was going senile in 2020. I saw him almost fall off a stage the night before the 2020 election. It was obvious this guy was gone mentally by 2020, which is why the Democrats hid him away the entire election knowing they had enough votes via ballot harvest to win. They thought they could do it again in 2024, and look where that landed them, having to run an unqualified idiot DEI candidate, who destroyed the party after burning through $1.5 billion.
