When missionaries work in countries such as Haiti, there is a very dangerous risk to their being there.
Any nut with an AK47 can grab them and hope there are enough suckers out there who will pay up.

That being said, there are two options in my opinion, yours which involves going after and exterminating these scum, or leaving the missionaries to the will of their God.

Never said I was a nice guy either. :130:

Send in a Seal Team with orders to take no hostages.
I got Married because I was sick and tired of finishing my own sentences.
That's worked out great for me!

I strongly suspect the humanitarian help sent to Haiti many years ago after earthquake stuck capital, most likely never made it to those in most need.
I don't give a damn whether people/posters like me or dislike me, I'm not on earth to win any popularity contests.

I suspect it rarely does in these countries.

Out of control violence.
Government inept.
Citizens fighting back.

It's a shame when countries fall to this level, but it does get results.
