Meanwhile, on Russia 1 the pundits are suggesting the "Ukrainian question" should be settled and not left to the next generation. Then the concede they will take what they can get and call it the goal.

Lady, you're out of your depth lol. I know Ukraine is a trendy topic for you but you know nothing about the influence nazi ideology on Ukraine that goes back to WW2 when part of Ukranian population was welcoming Germany with open arms, helping them kill their own population- the ones they don't like like Jewish, Russian, and polish - and joining their ranks as SS units. No, they weren't wearing swastikas for good luck, they were an actual part of Nazi Germany army, and now they wear Nazi insignia. Get the hell out with your "good luck" BS.
It was not a comment about Ukraine or what they did 60 years ago.
The symbol has other meanings to many cultures.
Why did putin give an award to a soldier wearing so called "nazi" insignia's? Is he for the nazi's or against them?

LOL. In Ukrainian culture, it's a symbol of Nazi Germany, is this clear to you? And Nazi insignia is a sign of Nazi troops, not "good luck" troops. Can you comprehend this?
Where? Why did putin give an award to a soldier wearing so called "nazi" insignia's?

Well, I was puzzled when you said "Putin give award...", because that would mean Putin travelled to Ukraine...But apparently Putin had nothing to do with it, and you just lied. The award in question was actually brought up here by Drip Torch, and completely busted by me. It's a Ukrainian-made patch that has nothing to do with Totenkopf. Heck, I even found my own post:
Here's the exact patch the Russian soldier was wearing.Yup, I even found where they are sold in Ukraine:

As you can see not even close to Nazi insignia that looks like this. Don't think WW2 era Nazis ever wore operator helmets with night vision mount
Here's the Nazi Totenkopf.
Nice lie number 2.
Swing and miss

Hardly drinking that Russian Kool-Aid at all. *complete eye roll* It's not like he's fixated on digging up photos to prove his point, but completely unable to see the evidence before his very eyes... you know, like gathering up people and deporting them to camps in Russia, mass graves, killed civilians, summary executions, evidence of torture...
Oh, and Nazis standing next to Putin.

https://www.romea.cz/en/news/world/the- ... o-brothersPutin's private army is led by Dmitry Utkin, who uses the cover name "Wagner". He was inspired by the German composer Richard Wagner, whose oeuvre was also admired by Adolf Hitler.
The Russian investigative news server Fontanka calls Utkin an adherent of the Nazis. On social media, photographs of Utkin are frequently shared showing his neck tattoo reading "SS" and an Imperial eagle on his chest.

Puppy eating, ear collector Alexei Milchakov and Yan Petrovsky, of the Russian organization Wagner Group, presenting White Nationalist Jared Taylor with a Kolovrat Rusich badge in March 2015. According to google, Even might know better, Rusich translates to Russian. Imagine that? A Russian Kolovrat badge getting passed around by known Nazis in Russia.

Re: Ukraine Russia war NEWS
So now we are led to believe that the Russian Military gives awards to nazi soldiers without Putin's approval, and Putin is not even the head of his own military representing his country, in his invasion of another sovereign country. Maybe the whole invasion wasn't Putin's doing at all? His whole military went rogue and crossed into ukraine. Putin can't be responsible for the actions of a few thousand bad apples in his own military, can he? Is he even responsible then for the many war crimes his own military have committed?
The first soldier to be prosecuted for a war crime in Ukraine said he was just following orders. No doubt there will be commanders eventually tried for "just following orders". So who is giving the orders in the Russian Millitary?

Re: Ukraine Russia war NEWS
So were the little children that were bombed and killed in Ukraine wearing Nazi patches? or were there Nazi in those hospitals that got levelled by Putin? So that's the justification for Putin's little invasion?...... because there were some Ukrainians that support Nazis, then all the people of Ukraine are Nazis? You know there are bunch of Nazis and white supremacists in Russian too hey? Does that mean the Russian people are Nazis as well? How about the US? Are they Nazis too? This excuse used by a couple of people to justify Putin's invasion makes absolutely no sense but certainly good propaganda for the gullible.BC Landlord wrote: ↑May 21st, 2022, 12:59 pm This May marks the 8th anniversary of the Odessa massacre committed by Ukrainian Nazis. Yeah, stupid me - I see some BS information like "Russian soldier wearing Nazi insignia!", and I call it out - "Not Nazi insignia, here's a picture of Nazi insignia, here's what he's wearing, not even close". And I have to believe that this Red Skull looking MFer:Oh, and Nazis standing next to Putin.

is the same as this guy:

I think you have been blind to believe it's the same guy. He might have kinda-sorta same head shape, in the picture if you've shown it because it's blurry, but once you look at him from another angle you might notice probably around 20 year difference in them lol. So, somebody randomly put these pictures together and told people to believe it's the same person
![:haha: [icon_lol2.gif]](./images/smilies/icon_lol2.gif)
But to answer your comment - yes, I like to dig into things, sometimes a bit too much, and call out people's BS.
Like, when Ukraine claimed that 2,500 Mariupol fighters were extracted when in reality they surrendered.
Or how they claim they're successfully counterattacking and hope to drive Russians back to Crimea within weeks - while one of the largest groups of troops right now is being encircled. Will they call it "extraction" too? We'll see in a couple of weeks.

Dmitry Utkin isn't Dmitry Utkin? Or hey, maybe sending a Siberian ice Nazi to hack up folks in the Syrian sunshine ages a dude. Just saying...
Newsweek, Business Insider and countless other western media outlets aren't as good as you are at research. And, the whole thing about the naming of the Wagner group and puppy eating, nazi ear collector Alexei Milchakov handing over a Russian Kolovrat, aren't worth your time to consider.
Got it. Thanks.
https://tass.ru/politika/3875744?utm_so ... ipedia.orgMOSCOW, December 15. /TASS/. Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov confirmed that Dmitry Utkin was indeed at a reception in the Kremlin in honor of the Day of Heroes of the Fatherland.

"I don't know how he's known. Dmitry Utkin really was, a knight of the Order of Courage, he was really from the Novgorod region," the Kremlin spokesman told reporters.
A couple of days ago, Peskov could not give an exact answer whether Utkin came to the reception in the Kremlin, but promised to verify the information.
Dmitry Utkin is the commander of a private military company (PMC), known by the call sign Wagner. According to some media reports, he took part in the battles in the Donbass and Syria. The celebration of the Day of Heroes of the Fatherland was held in the Kremlin on December 9.
Peskov said that Utkin was invited to the Kremlin, "because heroes of Russia and knights of the Order of Courage were invited.
Peskov could not answer a journalist's question about "whether there are Utkin fighters in Syria." "We do not know whether he has fighters, whether they are in Syria and whether they have any status," Peskov said. "The Defense Ministry has fighters," he said.
