The crackheads and herion shooters have destroyed good will to allowing ordinary normal people to use a bathroom in a humane way.

This lady should have been discretely escorted to the bathroom and left alone. I'll bet she would have been most grateful to be treated in a humane way. But no.

I know people on blood pressure meds and when the urge strikes even to pee there HAS to be access to a bathroom. Fortunately sensible people are able to do a read on the situation and allow one to be used.

Easy fix is to replace the lights in the restroom with black-lights, makes it almost impossible to find a vein to poke a needle into.
