“JY” publicly identifies as a woman, but still has all the male parts. In recent months, JY approached 16 Vancouver-area female estheticians who only serve women, requesting a “Brazilian” bikini wax on his groin area.

If paying homage to political correctness, one would say that these 16 estheticians will only remove pubic hair from “a woman without a penis.”

Apart from the legitimate choice of a female esthetician to serve only women, there are practical considerations that lead estheticians to provide some services and not all services.

The procedure for providing a man with a “Manzilian” is quite different, using a different kind of wax and a different technique.

And many waxing salons won't provide male services of that nature.. or they have the men pay up front, make it crystal clear what behaviours won't be tolerated

So:

• the service the complainant is actually demanding is not what's offered by these estheticians, but is readily available elsewhere
• the complainant is telling any estheticians who refuse to handle the complainant's scrotum (as they are entitled to do) that for a mere $2,500, the HRT complaint will go away
• the accused are having difficulty getting legal representation because gender identity is a minefield
• once the complainant realizes the accused has found legal representation, the complainant drops the complaint
• knowing all of this, the Human Rights Tribunal continues to enable the complainant by providing anonymity

and we're supposed to believe the Human Rights Tribunal is operating as it should?

Just another waste-of-skin trying to scam the system that has gone WWWAAAYYYYYYYY too far to the left to provide them with the vehicle to do so. And oh yeah, we pick up the tab as always. Appropriate timing. I somehow don't see this as one of the intended freedoms our soldiers fought for.
