It could be from the wind storm we had last week too.
Most of the garbage cans on our street got knocked over and the garbage went everywhere. Do you think anyone picked up their garbage?? Of course not.

i have definitely noticed the garbage along the highway on the westside from the walmart turn off to rexall is disgusting
