I am only taking custom orders now for woodwork.

I'm considering to sell my storage locker that is full of custom cut wood, timber etc as well.
I just don't see myself using much of it.

Yeah, the tools too (he says with a heavy heart). They will be the last thing to go.

I am planning a long distance move and it will be cheaper to sell them and save the moving cost. They will be replaced with bigger and better pieces of equipment. (Depends upon where I choose to go).

I will be taking only what I can fit into the back of my SUV + maybe one well packed crate that can go by regular freight.

Those are NOT seams, they are air spaces, they are are not joined together on purpose to allow for the changes in atmospheric conditions in a sauna, that allow for expansion and contraction of the wood.

I've got to get motivated somehow to go play in my shop.

It's Yellow Cedar so it doesn't really need anything, but a tung oil or mineral oil would make it "pop". I will recommend that to the customer today when they come to pick it up.
