Vegas wins 3-2. I'm not a naysayer but based on statistics it ain't looking good for the Jets.

Jets backs are to the wall, lose & go golfing... win and get to play another day.

Added later: if it ends up Vegas moves on to the finals, then I could care less who wins.

Yeah, this Jets team looks defeated right now. They show some pressure on Vegas here and there and not always quality shots.........many Fluery doesn't even have to move on. What Galant has instilled in this Vegas team is 'wait for the other team to make mistakes" ..........and the Jets have made plenty. Vegas has only had to capitalize on a few of these opportunities, thus leading 3 games to 1.

Is it over........not yet, but the Jets have to play harder on the body..........where are the "bone-crushing" hits? Vegas is skating around with no worries and not hearing "footsteps" of being hit HARD. Byfugalen's game has gone soft at this point of playing 16 games........getting tired. Vegas is now utilizing their 6 days of rest prior to this series and it is showing.

If I remember correctly the Blues made the finals in their first year. And like 50 or so years later they still haven't won the cup.
It's hella disappointing that the Jets are done but I guess that's sports. Would be nice to see a Canadian team win the cup, its been so long.

You nailed the answer, they were coached by a very young Scotty Bowman. The most successful coach the NHL has ever seen, I believe he has 9 or 10 SC rings.

The new expansion rules pretty well enabled Vegas to put together the team they have, thank-you once again Gary Bettman.
