Stolen Bikes

One more suggestion people can help with. If you see someone who looks kind of shady riding downtown or anywhere else with two bikes theres a good chance they are stolen. if you're not busy or happen to pass by a cop report it, please.
The thieves really stand out, low level one's who are looking to steal or break in.
First clue, really shady looking.
Second, big backpack, head daring around like a bird, usually not wearing a helmet but man, they can pedal fast!
Third, go back to the first clue.
And last, no doubt there are also some very "respectable" looking people who do this also. Especially high end bikes.

I was waiting for someone to assail me for having a stolen bike today ... I was still dressed in my running shorts and baggy shirt riding an older single-speed while ghosting a brand new mountain bike down Richter ...

And yes, I did have my big grey backpack on at the time too ...

Though the fact that I had blinking front and back lights probably gave away the game ...
