He may support his neighbours over developers but he sure as hell would not suppport my neighbours over developers. I have had it up to the eyeballs with his support of developers. I live in a neighbourhood where we had him throw his support behind the developers and it did not matter what was brought up. Ask anyone in the mission if he supports neighbourhoods over developers.. Different question. different answers.

On a personal note, intelligent people are often arrogant. A council member shouldn't be telling us what's best, they should be listening to us tell them what's best. What I wouldn't give for 8 brainless council members who follow orders from the electorate. **sigh**

However, the corollary that arrogant people are often intelligent does not necessarily follow.

You guys are ridiculous Andres is a good guy, just because he seems more into stopping graffiti after he's been hit when was the last time any of you guys did anything about graffiti stop being hypocrites. also saying he's more into he's business... that's an obvious one if it wasn't he would loose everything but I agree it should be also into our city... but above all have some proof with what your saying and I mean documented not a percentage that is so childish... I myself am a business owner and it's nothing compared to his but I do know how hard being a business owner is but hopefully he can do both. Not saying he's prefect but until it is proven to me he is not capable of doing he's got my vote... because I do want someone who actually runs a business not just someone who has the schooling. GO HARD AND GO STRONG ANDRE!!!

Not saying he is not a good guy. I am only saying he is more intune with the developers than any neighbourhood. Which developement has he voted against? Which change of zoning for a developer has he voted against and stuck to his guns?

Yes, I am sure that if a developer was to attempt to build a 14 story building in his neighbourhood he would vote against it if he could. However, if it is in yours....look out.

Being a good guy and being on the side of the developer are two seperate issues.

He is only about business, business, business, and mainly his own!

He is not about the community. He's not looking out for the communities interests, only business.

Get rid of the little man Kelowna, he has had his time.

Lets get some new people in there !!!!!
