Stuffed pork tenderloin, with panko cauliflower and mashed potatoes.
Dinner was a bit bland looking, whiteish and brownish, but tasted amazing, and a glass of red on the side.

And for dessert tonight I have Nanaimo bars and hay stacks to nibble on.
Freshly made.

My next foray into Kamloops includes dinner at the BB49s. [icon_lol2.gif]
Sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice. There’s a certain point at which ignorance becomes malice, at which there is simply no way to become THAT ignorant except deliberately and maliciously.

Hey, I'm very protective of my wife's cooking.
She tries giving it away at times and the fight is on. :fence:

Second day of chili. It was too spicy/hot yesterday, added a bit of crushed pineapple today and it worked! I think we just may do that all the time from now on.

We had a major failure in the kitchen. :200:

It seems the package of coconut had a small hole in it and the Nanaimo bars and hay stacks came out dry. Dry as in Sahara desert dry.
Couldn't even get them down with a coffee. :200:
But the top of the bars sure is good.

So I was forced to run out and find packages of FRESH, moist coconut.
That was a success and another batch of hay stacks was whipped up in minutes.

Life is almost good again.
Still waiting for a new batch of Nanaimo bars though.

Pretty sure it will be left over Turkey
So I saw a bumper sticker today that said, I'm a Veterinarian so I drive like an animal.
I suddenly realised how many Proctologists are on the road!

Had a boned and rolled turkey thigh roast (white meat is bleh!) to cook yesterday so it will be a retread on that. Enjoy it more the next day because all the work has been done.
Yum.
