Made a batch of Cincinnati chili yesterday. Big pot of beef stew hopefully tomorrow. Keep 1 container of each in the fridge and rest in individual servings in the freezer.

Tonight will be pecan crusted salmon, lemon rice and steamed brussels sprouts sauteed in garlic and butter topped with a grating of Parm.
Dance as if no one's watching, sing as if no one's listening, and live everyday as if it were your last.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.

It was damned good too!

We have beef broth made from Prime Rib that I put in and gives it that extra flavour.

Thanks. Comes from decades and decades of cooking for family and friends. (Nope, won't say how many)
