Made a batch of Cincinnati chili yesterday. Big pot of beef stew hopefully tomorrow. Keep 1 container of each in the fridge and rest in individual servings in the freezer.
Tonight will be pecan crusted salmon, lemon rice and steamed brussels sprouts sauteed in garlic and butter topped with a grating of Parm.

It was damned good too!
We have beef broth made from Prime Rib that I put in and gives it that extra flavour.
If the Earth was really flat all the cats would have pushed everything off the edge by now!
