Mixed greens salad with sundried tomato dressing, bakes lemon breaded chicken with (faux Greek) lemon potatoes severed with fried-almonds green beans, and for dessert "M&M Lemonicious" squares... **my favorite dessert.** (still frozen) (bet ya can't eat just one)

That sounds so yummy and comforting. I recently heard that in order for stuffing to be called "stuffing" it has to be cooked inside the bird...otherwise its called dressing. In all my 50 years I'm not sure I was ever told this.

^^^Calling it stuffing or dressing depends on where you live.
Logic would seem to suggest that if it's cooked inside the bird, it's stuffing, and otherwise, it's dressing. This would certainly make things easier. Unfortunately, the reality doesn't fit into such neat categories. Instead, what people call it is more a function of where they live than how they prepare it or what ingredients they use.

Same goes to pop or soda.

Shared five or six dishes of the best Chinese food I've had in years, at the Oriental Gardens, Kamloops.
Somehow I got stuck with the bill.

I will be making eggs benny for the hubby & kids. I was in Costco and decided to pick up 5 dozen eggs. Between that and starting Christmas baking, I may possibly need to do another run before the end of the month.
      I haven't failed until I quit.

will be trying my version of what was done in the video, mine being with adding ¾(parts) pasta water plus ¼(parts) white wine
I really like the idea of the crumb topping though - I'll report back as to how my taste buds and brain like it :smt045

edited in- review: It turned out well and was tasty, and yes I do like the crumb topping (might even make for it dishes) and also do like the kiss of white wine in the dish also.
