Tasted at least as good as they look!
I should have put a bit of effort into it and come up with a tomato dip.

Slowly doing more and more.
Just cold smoked a Lonzino, making bacon, see picture, 5 different tastes/spices
5 lbs of aged cheese on sale at Costco cold smoked....Scaling back a bit though, from 3 to 2 smokers.
This one I just sold

Hoping to graduate to making my own salami if I can find the fermentation starter.
Lonzino and Lomo drying in the fridge in UMAI bags.
This hobby is getting out of hand.
