Need some info

I can't seem to find anything on the Internet about if there is any rules or permits about making food at home and selling it to the public,any ideas where I can get some info thanks for any help.

Food premises/kitchens have to be inspected by the Health Department.

"food premises" means any place where food intended for public consumption is sold, offered for sale, supplied, handled, prepared, packaged, displayed, served, processed, stored, transported or dispensed;

Not sure that's applicable - I'm thinking more along the lines of selling wares at a farmers market. Lots of people do that.

Most requirement certification - the following is from the Kelowna Farmers & Crafters Market

All vendors handling food must have appropriate Health Board Regulations and Food Safe Certificate.
