This one I Make every New Years.

Crab Dip
1 Can Crab or some imitation Crab. I use imitation because its 1/3 the price
1/2C Miracle whip
1/3C Ketchup
1 pkg Cream Cheese
2 stalks Green Onion
1 Stalk Celery

Squirt a little lemon juice on the Crab to tone down the fishy taste.
Chop the Onion and Celery and blend everything in a food processor.
I add a shake or 2 of Garlic Powder and a grind or 2 of Black Pepper.

I love this with crinkle chips and hide it from the guests so I can keep it all to myself!
My Wife gives me very sound advice...99% sound and 1% advice!

My favourite dish is the simplest)
I buy chicken breasts, potatoes, a lot of spices + package for roasting. I cut the potatoes in large pieces, and make cuts on the breasts so that they are better soaked with spices. Then I just wipe all this with spices, close the bag and put it in the oven for 30 minutes under 180 degrees :)
