Hi just wondering how many comic cons are in the okanagan

I only know of 2, The May 4th one in Vernon and the Kelowna Comic con in August.

There's KFX, but it's gotten pricey since it was co-opted by the snooty festivals Kelowna bunch. They have some good guests, but the feedback I've heard is that it isn't worth the price of admission. https://kelownafx.com/

KFx is huge value if you like the headliner guests. Plus the library events are free. Four venues. The price of the weekend in advance is the cost of one regular headliner concert. If you are not interested in concerts/headliners, then the cost is pricer, but still a lot of fun.
