I'm going to miss Charlie. He's the only drummer I've ever seen that looked bored stiff while he was playing. LOL
Charlie always came across as the perfect English gentleman. So different then the rest of the band. His clothes, his appearance, his calm demeanour, his marriage to Shirley Ann Shepard lasting 57 years. Pretty well unheard of in the Rock industry.

We knew this day was coming.

This is a huge loss for the music world.

R.I.P. Charlie.

Well Charlie was the oldest of them with Mick second oldest.

I was going by his appearance (he looked like the oldest for over last couple decades now) plus his earlier life choices. [icon_lol2.gif]

My money was on Ron Wood going first because he has had lung cancer for many years and refuses treatment because he doesn't want to mess up his hair.

Saying Goodbye to Charlie Watts (RIP), the Engine of the Rolling Stones for Half a Century

I've thought for years that they'd all go at the same time. They'd step out on stage, the lights would hit them and *poof* just piles of dust. :)

I thought they'd call it quits, then I saw this:

Rolling Stones will tour US next month after Charlie Watts’ death

Charlie Watts had picked a temporary replacement for latest tour, so maybe he becomes permanent replacement.

Made it to 91
I enjoyed Ed Asner in both MTM show as well in Lou Grant.

My condolences to his Family and Friends on their loss.

Legendary Today weatherman Willard Scott has died. He was 87.

Fellow weatherman Al Roker confirmed the sad news on Instagram Saturday afternoon.

"We lost a beloved member of our @todayshow family this morning. Willard Scott passed peacefully at the age of 87 surrounded by family, including his daughters Sally and Mary and his lovely wife, Paris," wrote Roker.
