To be clear, he was the father of Bobby Labonte who drove the car in 2000. He was the crew chief.

Regardless of who "wins" an election, they always are up against a Silent Elite. Do you believe the extreme poor who voted for Trump ever thought their non-profit support would be slashed right out from under them?

Huge loss of the great American "Blues/Southern Rock" guitar player Dickie Betts of the Allman Brothers Band............RIP.

Allman Brothers at the Fillmore East Live from 1971...........AMAZING! :hailjo:

Great playing on "Jessica" which he wrote..................also the theme music used for the British car show "Top Gear".

The last surviving member of the original wartime SAS has died aged 103.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... -away.html
e initially took part in night-time raids against Axis airfields in Libya before being parachuted into Nazi-occupied France after the D-Day Normandy landings in 1944.
103 years. What a full, fulfilling life.
Major Sadler was portrayed by Tom Glynn-Carney in the BBC's hit series SAS: Rogue Heroes, which aired in 2022.
Great series based on true exploits.

Some great music came from the Moody Blues.
We saw them in Seattle a few years ago. Very memorable.
I'm posting this from Traditional lands of the British Empire & the current Lands of The Dominion of Canada.
I also give thanks for this ethos richness bestowed on us via British Colonialism.

I believe he was the last surviving member. The rest had previously passed on. Hope they are having a great jam session...

Love the band, got to see them in Burnaby park in the early 90's. :
