Colin Basran Doesn't Live In Kelowna

I understand this is post election...But if Basran lives is West Kelowna, he still knows Kelowna better than most considering his background. City boundries are where they are put. I consider myself living in Winfield but because of city boundries that were established years ago, I have to vote in the Kelowna election. I work in Kelowna, shop in Kelowna and do most of my other business there as well. Splitting hairs a bit here I think...

And Colin makes history. As expected. He is fully qualified and you can keep bickering about your West Kelowna issue for as long as you wish, I am just happy Kelowna didn't join you on this useless ride.
