LOL - very few communities allow roosters. Asking for roosters might be really pushing our luck. They are not required for hens to lay eggs so I think we're good on that score.

I have no idea what you are referring to.....example of waterfront development?

I am opposed to any waterfront development on any PUBLIC shoreline. The city should make NO land exchanges for waterfront property.
