Walter does not fit my criteria, I will not be voting for him.
I'd like to change your mind, but I don't have a fresh diaper.

Guess so.
In actual fact, this election IS all about me. It IS my vote just as it is yours. This council will be MY municipal council and will make decisions about MY community. MY vote is MY voice, just as it is yours.
I don't tell anyone how to vote. I will publicly say who I am supporting (so far, just two) and will give my reasons for that support. I base my decisions on who fits MY criteria. I do not base my decisions on who can run the biggest smear campaign full of lies, twisted facts and innuendo. I do encourage everyone to do their own homework and their own research before they open their big mouths and I provide the information I have found to anyone who also wishes to make informed decisions.
The personal attacks against me tell me my facts and information have hit some sensitive spots with Mr Gray's supporters that he would wish to keep hidden. Sorry about that.

Re: What is REAL Leadership?
I don't think anybody's trying to keep you 'hidden". In fact I don't think anyone could, you've been prolific on here.
Good luck to you and your candidates. Just a correction, this election isn't about YOU. And it's not YOUR Council. It's everyone's, for the betterment of the whole community. Clearly the Sharon Shepherd supporter(s) who hijacked Walter Gray's site yesterday with disgusting posts clearly don't see that and want THEIR candidate to win for THEM. I want Walter Gray to win because I feel strengthening our economy is good for everyone.

I am just a little curious why 99% of your posts are West Kelowna related ?canadman wrote:So this was in the Kelowna Daily Courier today and because I couldn't figure out any other way to do it, I retyped this myself here.
This to me is what REAL Leadership is! I know the Sharon rabble will immediately discredit every word of this and continue their campaign of casting dispersions, insults and everything else. Re: What is REAL Leadership?
My name is not Colin.
I DO live in west Kelowna, but ran a business in Kelowna for many years and still do quite a bit of business in Kelowna.
As for why I'm posting here, I have as much right as you to pass an opinion on Kelowna politics as what happens on the other side of the bridge impacts us here and those of us who do work in Kelowna. I also have family and friends in Kelowna.

You did such a great job typing this post out for us I thought it deserved to be at the top of the forum one more time. I encourage any of the Sharon supporters to write a list of her acomplishments.. give us some good detail on what she has done for the city in the last 2 terms. I would.. and perhaps others would like a good side by side look at who is the better leader and visionary. Consider this a challenge... lets see if you respond with good quality informaiton or just personal attacks on Walter Gray.
