What's interesting is that Gerry Zimmerman got more votes as a councilor than Sheppard. Or Walter Gray.

Thank God for the Simpson Covenant and how the courts upheld it. Precedence is important in these things. Maybe, just maybe something can hang together for three years.

The other thing going is economy without buyers for condo's, which developer sit on bunch empty buildings.

He makes big bux off it. That's why. His Edmonton buddy Milroy is popping the champagne bottle right now for him.

He thinks we buy that Kelowna's problem is not enough high rises to wipe out poverty and the evidence for it, homelessness and property crime. He thinks poor people are scum and if they speak with an accent or differently, he can treat them with distain. I've seen him in action in a public meeting, don't tell me it's not true.
